I only go on YouTube about once a month and I use it exclusively with either Newpipe or heavily modified on my PC. I mostly use it to watch trailers of games I am interested in, so I think that I would not be really affected.
I really liked "Dorohedoro" and "Flip Flappers". For a more surreal anime movie I think "Paprika" could be a starting point, I don't remember much knowledge about Japanese culture or other anime being needed to enjoy it.

I can get to everything except the hospital, mall, movie theatre, and University in twenty minutes. If I use public transport I can get to those in about half an hour.

I would say no to that because there is a big difference between refusing to work for someone that holds a discriminatory ideology and refusing to work for someone that is some category of human they hate especially if they can’t actually do something about being in that category like with skin colour or being LGBTQ+.

Who the fuck would pay 3.000€ for an iPad?
