Cyberpunk 2077, probably. The game maxed out will destroy your graphics card but the graphics are undoubtedly gorgeous.

Horizon Forbidden West also has really good graphics.

They brought it back as a gamemode called "open queue", which nerfs tanks to be more in line with DPS.

I haven't played the game yet but this seems to fix a lot of the immediate issues I saw people complaining about. Sprinting was overhauled and resource gathering mechanics have changed. Bless supergiant games.
