I said it is "more or less legal", meaning it is defacto legal because no one actually enforces it and rather makes it legal if they had to enforce it.

Plus it is typically the case that reports aren't getting followed up upon. Not that it would even make sense to literally report every single car all the way down the entire street anyway. So if they wanted to enforce it, then they could just do it.
Cars have such a high priority in people's lives that this wouldn't help much because a court would generally rule in favor of the cars, since a lot of people are basically dependent on them, which somehow justifies having your car park in front of your house. Otherwise we'd have the consequence of having to create dedicated parking spaces everywhere in form of parking garages / houses, which would be away from where people live since the space for that is typically not existent.

The more you understand the underlying concept of LLMs, the more the magic fades away. LLMs are certainly cool and can be fun but the hype around them seems very artificial and they're certainly not what I'd describe as "AI". To me, an AI would be something that actually has some form of consciousness, something that actually can form its own thoughts and learn things on its own through observation or experimentation. LLMs can't do any of those things. They're static and always wait for your input to even do anything. For text generation you can even just regenerate an answer to the same previous text and the replies can and will vary greatly. If they say something mean or malicious, it's simply because it is based on whatever they were trained on and whatever parameters they are following (like if you told them to roleplay a mean person).

Also, there's some pretty successful real time 4X titles too that very much hit mainstream audiences, despite being even more of a niche due to their scale. I think a lot of RTS games often tried too much to compete with the esport niche too, trying to replace the established titles, which is kind of an impossible task. Doing an RTS that doesn't aim for this goal can still be successful however, if one puts the focus on that instead of targeting unreachable heights.

But if you're asking for the hypothetical case of someone commissioning blackmail material at an artist (without telling them the purpose), then obviously the person who ends up doing the blackmail.
