If you've done the Final Fantasy marathon did you include FF XI? Was it worth it?

I've been playing through all the numbered games and its been great. I could write an essay or two on any of them. In general I'm only including base games and no expansions or DLC so it wouldn't be a huge undertaking to beat 11, but I'm trying to see if it's worth it from others who have done the marathon....

Side note, when you're watching something again, try looking where the piece isn't focusing your attention. I don't mean just in mysteries or similar, I mean take in the extras and see the world around the focus. Many times, it might take you out a bit, but you just might catch something entertaining. Personally, having enjoyed doing some work as an extra, I like seeing the normal people on set. Most of the time, they're doing what they're asked to, but every so often, there's a gem: a little kid can't help but look at the camera, or someone misses their mark, or there's a Starfucks cup the crew forgot. 🤓

The personal data of each player they do coerce into signing into PSN is far more lucrative than said game sales. Sony is into gaming as much as Santa is into manufacturing toys, FFS. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The "argument" is to set precedent for denying refunds when they attempt to force users to sign into PSN before playing. Before, the simple fact that this was not made clear at point of purchase is a breach of contract on the part of the seller, and grounds for immediate refund of the improperly described terms of use. 😶

I prefer to assume any argument is made in good faith until proven otherwise, so please understand that the following criticisms are contextual and not, of course, personal.

The cops are armed because everyone else is armed

Bullshit. That implies that vast majority of interactions cops have with "everyone" else (ignoring the obvious hyperbole) while on the clock are with other armed people, which is not only patently false but dangerously presumptive in a grossly negligent way. In fact, the statement is so irrational that any statistic even comparing fatality rates between armed & unarmed individuals by cops would entirely debunk it; cops are not armed "because" others are, they're armed first and foremost — and have been, since the very concept of a "police force" was first invented, FFS.

Demilitarisation of the police force can only come in...

Considering your failure to grasp the predicating concept, I'm hesitant to trust that you got the key in hand here.

...a sensible conversation about your gun ownership.

Again, this doesn't seem to be in your wheelhouse at the moment.

It's not like owning guns actually protects you from bad cops.

Yep. A fresh Tile in each of our bags and one secretly on our teen while he thought he was being allowed to roam around Rome on his own. 🤪🤫 We watched as both bags moved around JFK, flew to Rome, then moved around that airport, and then flew back to JFK. 🤬🌋☠️ Things were missing from them when we got back home, and thankfully the Italian airlines reimbursed a few hundred for the stolen items (heirloom clothing from late relative, etc.== irreplaceable, ofc), but no one at any point admitted fault. Fuck airlines, full stop.

  1. The community manager (that you somehow failed to name?) was known to be combative and derisive toward users in forum posts and was already leaving a bad taste prior to this recent event.
