A week of downtime and all the servers were recovered only because the customer had a proper disaster recovery protocol and held backups somewhere else, otherwise Google deleted the backups too...
Just an FYI in case you don't follow Cloud news but Google has deleted customers accounts on multiple occasions and has been for literal years. This time they just did it to someone large enough to make the news. I work in SRE and no longer recommend GCP to anyone.
We're confused? Why do you talk for other people like that's somehow authorative ngl. Not a great thing to insult the intelligence of a whole group with the 'I think' line.
Why?? Please make this make sense. Having AI to help with coding is ideal and the greatest immediate use case probably. The web is an open resource. Why die on this stupid hill instead of advocating for a privacy argument that actually matters?
Edit: Okay got it. Hinder significant human progress because a company I don't like might make some more money from something I said in public, which has been a thing literally forever. You guys really lack a lot of life skills about how the world really works huh?
The deeper I get into this platform the more I realize the guise of being 'progressive, left, privacy-conscious, tech inclined' is literally the opposite.
Well I was gonna ask, because not only am I not incensed, or think anybody should be surprised, or saying you're a problem, and this post was also supposed to be funny. You are one fucking dumb cunt with a miserable life, jesus.
Hmm.. accusations of pedophilia. I was gonna say 'mods is this the kind of vibes you're intending to curate on this community?' But, the last comment of the top mod is 9 months ago agreeing that you guys are gatekeeping douchebags and then he promptly left. This is truly, truly tragic, your level of pathetic autistic calamity.
Hell March and stuff already has some really good remakes, so I don't think I can improve on those much. But I'm sure some of those haven't received a lot of attention.
The octopus is one of nearly 5m Lego pieces that fell into the sea in 1997 when a storm hit a cargo ship 20 miles off Land’s End, Cornwall. While 352,000 pairs of flippers, 97,500 scuba tanks, and 92,400 swords went overboard, the octopuses are considered the most prized finds as only 4,200 were onboard.
So, if this is in fact from 1997 it would have been on the beach a long time. I myself have beach-combed legos and the ABS is in no way nearly as good condition as this when it's been out to see a while.
Lol I can't understand how you get so many upvotes but when I make a meme everybody's like "what's a stan???" Linux users are some of the most antisocial people on the planet.
Indeed. So if we go with every element at STP it's pretty boring. All the gasses just become green except flourine and there's some minute changes. I felt this way was more interesting and would get people asking more questions.
