Nearly one-in-five tweets are no longer publicly visible on the site just months after being posted. In 60% of these cases, the account that originally posted the tweet was made private, suspended or deleted entirely. In the other 40%, the account holder deleted the individual tweet, but the account itself still existed.

ive never had to think about clipboard buffers until i used a modal editor.

Do you consider Summer Wars to be cyberpunk? ( lemmy.zip )

Usually when I make these "is it cyberpunk" posts, I try to pick movies that are popular enough that I can assume most people have already seen them. I'm not sure if Summer Wars is at that level but I wanted to ask this question anyway. Because really, there's only one aspect to this movie that could be considered cyberpunk...

The only way that neighborhoods can protect themselves from gentrification is through community land trusts.
These are horribly complex to setup and require the purchase of property which is very time consuming.
The communities that need CLTs the most are the least likely to have the resources to form one.

Yah I've asked a few real estate agents and lawyers the difference and I still can't reconcile them.

I'm look at establishing one in Anacostia to build the area up without pushing out the wonderful public services here.

Coats take space in the overhead whether they're in a bag or not.

If you don't need your coat to board the plane then you're lucky.

None of the airlines have a rule about coats in the overhead so you're fighting on a hill that doesn't even exist.
