Trump enters the courtroom. Before arriving, he lingered for a moment in the doorway, talking to his lawyers, Emile Bove and Todd Blanche. He had a piece of paper in his hand, which he waved around as he spoke.
Todd Blanche: We move for a mistrial based on the testimony this morning, the guardrails were thrown aside, that testimony was so unduly prejudicial to Trump and the charges in this case and the testimony about the incident in 2006 is way different from the stories she was pedaling in 2016,

Tyler McBrien::
Necheles rises to renew Trump's objection to Daniels testifying about any "sexual details," which she says has no relevance and is prejudicial.
By details, Merchan asks, more than just "we had sex"? Yes, Necheles says.
Justice Merchan starts off will the prosecution motion for contempt.
He tells Trump he's about to issue his ruling, in which he will again find Trump in contempt of court.
The last thing I want to do is put you in jail, Justice Merchan says to Trump. You are the former President of the United States and possibly the next President as well.
But "going forward," he continues, "this court will have to consider jail sanctions" if necessary.
Pecker testifies that, following his 2015 meeting w #Trump & Cohen, he met w ex-Nat Enquirer editor-in-chief Dylan Howard
Pecker outlined the arrangement & described it as "highly private & confidential."
Pecker asked Howard to notify the tabloid's bureau chiefs that any stories that came in about Trump or 2016 election must be vetted & brought to Pecker.
Pecker said it needed to stay a secret bc it was being carried out to help Trump's campaign
I will NOT (& often CANNOT) answer questions, so please don’t ask me any. If you have a comment/question for the universe, please label it “NFL” (Not For Laffy) so I can skip thru my replies.
